7 Tips to Keep You Fit on Your Beach Vacation!


Just because you are on vacation doesn’t mean you have to skip working out. You have the opportunity to use the beach as your outdoor gym. Complete a quick beach workout; then jump into the ocean to cool off and relax.

Here are 7 exercises that you can do at the beach.

1. Jogging on the Beach.

Jogging in the sand is an excellent workout to get you warmed up, for cardio, and to help build your calf muscles.

2. Walking Sand Lunges 

Doing lunges in the sand is a great workout for your glutes and thighs. 

3. Squat Jumps 

Squat jumps will keep your heartbeat pumping and will help build your glutes.

4. Frog Jumps

Frog jumps are great for your glutes and thighs.

5. Push ups

You can do push ups anywhere, but doing it at the beach is way more enjoyable. 

6. Burpees

Burpees is a full body workout that will have your body burning off fat. 

7. Knee-to-Elbow Planks

Build your strength by doing planks. This workout out will tighten and tone your abs.
